We have a full time position available for another member to join our team to fill a maternity position.

The position is a veterinary nursing/ Veterinary assistant role.

The position involves assisting veterinary surgeons in their day to day role. This role is an ambulatory role and will require a driving license to perform the role. The role will be working with a vet daily to facilitate appointments on the road or in the new clinic in the future. You will be working with the vets to perform procedures and consults. The role will involve a client facing role so you will be speaking and dealing with clients in a day to day role.

Requirements for the role:

  1. Good horse handling abilities.

  2. A current driving license with no restrictions.

  3. Experience of working in a client or public facing role.

  4. An attention to detail.

  5. Previous experience of training in veterinary nursing favourable but not an essential requirement for the role.

Job position:

  1. The position will be for 3-4 days per week.

  2. Start time is 8.30am Monday to Friday with finish time usually around 5pm

  3. The role will require some flexibility on finishing time depending on how the day plans out.

  4. An 8hr day will be guaranteed for payment with overtime paid on a daily basis.
